Intumescent Varnishes

The application process is carried out in two stages: an intumescent layer, which gives the support the fire rating, then a non-declassifying finishing layer which gives an aesthetic visual appearance. Intumescent systems make it possible to obtain the Euroclass B / M1 classification for any wooden support classified at least D and with a minimum density of 390 kg / m3, from 10 mm thick.

In practice, intumescent varnish is used to fireproof wood paneling, ceilings, particle boards, OSB panels, frames, solid wood walls, etc.
