History

Specializing in fire protection by improving the fire behavior of materials, Protecflam Industries has continued to develop new products related to prevention since its creation.

In addition to the traditional markets of events, shows and shipbuilding, other sectors of activity have been added that have enabled a growth in turnover. Since 2004, Protecflam Industries has diversified internationally.

Protecflam Industries is made up of a dynamic and experienced team. From the reception where the contact can instantly benefit from technical information, to the monitoring of a workshop treatment in accordance with the rules of the art. The close collaboration between each member of staff allows for complete monitoring for each customer so that they do not feel isolated when faced with their problem.

The "Production" Department is structured to meet the different applications.

The "Research & Development" section is constantly developing new products in order to best meet the new fire safety standards.

The means implemented

The products manufactured by Protecflam Industries undergo "quality controls", traceability according to the spirit of the ISO standard.

Its responsiveness is instantaneous thanks to a large and permanent stock.

The agreements made with carriers allow it to offer a fast and adapted service: courier - express - national and international. Thanks to the volume of shipments, Protecflam Industries obtains preferential rates.

• Soaking tanks up to 3.40 m wide.

• Drying system suitable for all flexible or rigid materials.

• Treatment by recto/verso spraying - to saturation of the materials (on-site treatment) with specific equipment.

• Material checks upon receipt, tests during processing, fire reaction checks after processing.

• Marking of treated materials.

• Nominative fireproofing treatment certificate for each batch with traceability.
